Blogging
For established SaaS companies
If you’ve got a substantial budget ($2k/blog post) and an established reputation in your industry, I recommend the content marketing agency Animalz. I immersed myself in the team as a senior content marketing manager for a year and I can tell you that your brand will be in good hands.
For younger or smaller SaaS companies
If you don’t have a big budget or team yet, the content agency SaaSpirin is a very solid option to begin building up your SaaS blog. While you won’t get the same white glove treatment that you will at Animalz, you will get really great foundational content at an affordable and predictable investment. (I know because I helped the founder build the agency from the ground up. Say hello to Nicolas from me!)
For industries outside of SaaS

Short chunks of copy
It can be expensive to have a copywriter prepare short content like social media posts, Google Ads, taglines, meta description, ecommerce product descriptions, and so on. Why not try AI? The results are often indistinguishable from content written by hand, giving you a really strong base to work from.
I’m currently testing Copysmith (I’m also an affiliate) and I’ve heard good reviews from others, too. While I wouldn’t expect the tool to provide thoroughly researched articles, marketing copy seems quite feasible.

If you need help planning and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy, I recommend SEO Advantage. I worked with the owners for over 10 years – they really know their stuff.

Hosting company
This website is hosted on Pair through SEO Advantage, a byproduct of my longtime work with the company. Their hosting services are a really great option if you’re using their SEO services.
I’m also using Bluehost for other websites (I’m also an affiliate). So far, I’ve really enjoyed the simplicity and accessibility of this provider.
Design theme
